Our sales teams and our design office work directly with your teams to understand your requirements and operational constraints. This support covers the entire cycle: from analysing your requirements and electrical diagrams right through to the co-design of wiring harnesses.

As part of a new outsourcing, we support you in organising and updating your technical documentation and electrical diagrams in accordance with aerospace standards. Our teams also assist you in managing revision changes, including at the pre-manufacturing stage.
Depending on your requirements, we can provide a comprehensive study that strictly adheres to your specifications, and propose technical improvements where these offer a genuine benefit in terms of integration, reliability or industrialisation.
Our technical teams provide advice on choices (components, architectures, cable routing), working directly with the client’s technical department. Prior to launch, initial samples are produced and tested on the final solution. In the event of a ramp-up, AMPERE Group supports the industrialisation of the wiring harnesses to ensure reliability, repeatability and continuity of production.

Your electrical harnesses are manufactured in production areas dedicated exclusively to the aerospace industry, separate from the group’s other activities, using processes designed to meet the sector’s specific requirements. The EN9100 and PART21G certifications underpin the entire industrial organisation: working methods, document management, traceability, and the quality and safety of operations.
Our two production sites specialising in the aerospace sector, in France and Morocco, are authorised to issue Form 1 certificates.

Quality is monitored at every stage. Each production run undergoes appropriate checks, including metallographic cutting to validate crimping and comprehensive electrical tests (continuity, low and high voltage, dielectric), in order to guarantee reliability under real-world operating conditions.
A structured quality department monitors production runs, analyses deviations and implements corrective actions where necessary, with a focus on prevention and process stability.
Traceability and document control
In the aerospace industry, traceability is an integral part of the product. At AMPERE Group, every harness is manufactured in accordance with a rigorous documentation framework, covering all components, operations and checks carried out.
Document management, batch tracking and compliance with PART21G certification requirements are integrated into project management. This organisational approach guarantees you documentary continuity and a clear overview of your production, which are essential for long-term programmes.

Manufacturing takes place in our production areas, which are exclusively dedicated to the aerospace sector and equipped with documented tooling and processes. Each production run is prepared and managed using our Photon software, which generates full-scale drawings used directly on the production area to ensure the precise and compliant routing of electrical bundles and harnesses. The assembly of the harnesses relies on meticulous work, carried out mainly by hand, combining precision and reliability.
