Comprehensive technical and sales support

Ensuring the safety of your electrical projects, from the initial specification through to mass production

At AMPERE Group, you benefit from structured technical and commercial support covering the entire lifecycle of your electrical solutions. From the initial specification of your requirements through to customised and mass production, we are able to provide solutions that combine quality, on-time delivery and cost control.

Structured sales support

Our sales teams are committed to supporting you with a structured approach, designed to ensure your deadlines are met, guarantee compliance and adhere to your specifications throughout the project lifecycle. In practical terms, this means:

Precisely analyze your needs and specifications.
Providing support during the assessment of your requirements and during product developments (even during the production cycle)
Provide a priced proposal that is 100% compliant with your technical documentation, incorporating aspects such as production, methods, industrialization, and procurement, as well as suggestions for technical optimization where necessary.
Ensure short response times, with RFQ registration within 48 hours and the submission of a complete, priced quote within 3 weeks* (*depending on project complexity).
Manage the entire project according to the requested delivery date (OTR), subject to procurement and supplier lead times.
Customized customer support

Each project is treated as unique, in order to meet precisely the technical, functional and regulatory requirements of its operating environment.

Committed to complying with environmental and regulatory standards, we select our suppliers in accordance with current requirements (ROHS, REACH, CRMT, etc.).

Any supplier failing to comply with these rules is excluded from our purchasing policy.

A DESIGN OFFICE at the heart of your electrical projects

As a true industrial partner, our design office supports you throughout all your electrical projects, from design to production.

We work with both manufacturers with in-house design departments and companies outsourcing for the first time, adopting an approach focused on quality, meeting deadlines and controlling costs throughout the entire manufacturing cycle.

Rapid prototyping to help you make technical decisions

A prototyping centre integrated into the design office

AMPERE Group has a prototyping centre directly linked to the design office. This set-up enables us to produce your prototypes quickly so that we can jointly validate the technical specifications and the integration of your wiring harnesses and electrical cabling.

Thanks to our prototyping centre, you can ensure the success of your projects right from the design stage. We work with you to tailor the solution to the final product, optimise its functions and anticipate technical risks. Prototyping allows us to test our solutions directly on your product, even outside a production phase, in order to validate their integration and identify any necessary adjustments.

With direct sourcing and flexible manual manufacturing, we are able to produce your prototype within 24 hours

Co-design and technical study

Our teams work closely with your design department to optimise the design of your wiring harnesses, electrical cabinets, switchboards and electrical boxes.
We specialise in:

Needs analysis

The analysis and reliability of electrical diagrams

Organising or updating technical documentation where necessary.

When outsourcing for the first time, we support our clients in finalising the technical documentation to ensure a smooth transition to production.
Depending on the project’s requirements, a technician from our teams may be seconded to your design office.

A design approach focused on manufacturing and industrialisation

AMPERE Group has developed its own design software, Photon, which is linked to the group’s ERP system. It enhances efficiency in your production processes through the analysis, drawing of electrical diagrams, and generation of bills of materials, time scales, manufacturing specifications and full-scale drawings. Our teams use recognised CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SEE Electrical, SolidWorks and Zuken.

Costing and bill of materials

You will receive a comprehensive quotation including time scales and a detailed bill of materials (BOM), in line with your technical requirements and markets.

We select the most suitable components, or their equivalents, taking into account availability, compliance with environmental standards and security of supply. The requested delivery date (OTR) drives all processes throughout the production cycle right up to the order.

Industrialisation, initial testing and pre-production runs

To ensure a smooth transition from your project to mass production, our sales department, in collaboration with the design office, oversees the industrialisation and validation of your initial trials (ITs).

By precisely defining the manufacturing processes, methods and appropriate tooling, we help you minimise risks, optimise lead times and control costs right from the first production runs.

By integrating industrialisation right from the design stage, you benefit from reliable, scalable and high-performance electrical solutions, suitable for both small batches and volumes of up to several thousand units.

Technical interventions on existing equipment

As part of our approach to comprehensive management of the industrial cycle, AMPERE Group offers to carry out retrofit projects on electromechanical equipment and energy efficiency upgrades directly at your premises.

These projects enable the modernisation and refurbishment of existing installations and extend the service life of the equipment, without the need for complete replacement.

Ongoing support to ensure the reliability of your productionS

At AMPERE Group, our customer relationship continues well beyond the start of production. Even after delivery, our teams remain fully committed to ensuring that quality is maintained under operational conditions and to supporting your projects over the long term, particularly in the event of changes to specifications or modifications to your production processes.

Every production run undergoes systematic electrical testing and trials to ensure its compliance and reliability, in accordance with the defined requirements.

As part of our quality approach, each situation is analysed in collaboration with your teams to define and implement appropriate corrective action plans, with a view to continuous improvement and the prevention of non-conformities.

Our quality department is also available to accommodate your requests for audits at our production sites, to ensure that your requirements are being properly met and that your production runs smoothly. Quality and customer satisfaction are integral to the AMPERE Group’s commitments.
