AMPERE MOROCCO – Berrechid
Located some thirty kilometres from Casablanca, the AMPERE Morocco site specialises in the manufacture of wire, cables and wiring harnesses. With its substantial manufacturing capacity, the site is able to produce custmomised productis, as well as small, medium and very large production runs.

AMPERE Morocco operates from 9,000 m² of production space and is organised into Autonomous Production Units (APU). Each APU is dedicated to a specific type of products and markets, enabling the company to improve efficiency, quality and save time.

Dedicated aeronautical PRODUCTION AREA
The Berrechid site includes a production area dedicated to aerospace activities, located in an area separate from other production areas. Manufacturing adheres to the processes and tooling required to meet the sector’s specific requirements in terms of safety, traceability and quality. This organisational structure enables the site to support aeronautical programmes operating within environments subject to stringent regulatory and industrial constraints.
Certifications
The site is ISO 9001-certified and operates in accordance with a structured quality management framework. It also complies with UL standards, meeting the specific electrical requirements of North American markets.
In the context of aerospace programmes, the site acts as a Form 1 release subcontractor in accordance with PART 21G and is EN9100-certified.
