Work-study recruitment
May 2026
On 21 May, our teams visited the France Travail offices to meet young people looking for a company to take them on. This meeting is part of our commitment to developing sustainable integration pathways by supporting the talent of tomorrow.
Work-Study Thursdays
April 2026
On 16 April, Gwendoline, our HR assistant based in Chiché, represented the group at the ‘Jeudis de l’alternance’ event, organised in partnership with France Travail and Cap Emploi at the Cité de la jeunesse et des métiers. This job fair brought together companies and training organisations with a shared aim: to facilitate connections between young people, those looking to change careers and the world of work. It was a practical opportunity to showcase our professions and identify future talent.
‘En avant l’emploi’ Forum
April 2026
Sacha, our HR coordinator based in Saint-Genix, represented the group at the CORELEM sites during the “En avant l’emploi” forum, held in the Avant-Pays Savoyard. This event, which brings together more than 30 companies and offers around a hundred job opportunities, facilitates meetings between recruiters, candidates and training providers. It is a strong local initiative to which we contribute in order to support employment and promote our industrial professions.
‘Osez l’industrie’ Trade Fair
November 2025
Last November, our HR teams took part in the ‘Osez l’Industrie’ careers fair in Chambéry. This event, which brought together numerous companies from the Savoie region, provided an opportunity to showcase AMPERE Group’s roles, skills and areas of expertise.
During the job-matching sessions, we were able to speak with many candidates, present the career opportunities within the group and introduce them to the career paths and roles that make up AMPERE Group.
