Quality Technician (M/F)
Do you have two years’ experience as a quality technician and a two-year higher education qualification in quality or industrial studies? If so, this position is for you:
WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?
To ensure quality compliance from the raw material right through to the finished product.
YOUR KEY ACTIVITIES
– Carry out incoming and production checks on external supplies, where necessary
➢Analysing control data (measurements, readings, indicators, etc.)
– Analysing customer feedback and internal quality
– Identify non-conformities and deviations
– Propose and implement corrective/improvement action plans (supplier, customer and internal non-conformities)
– Draw up documents relating to compliance, traceability and quality monitoring
– Approve transferred or amended processes
– Complete the FAI (First Article Inspection) quality dossier at the start of projects: documentation, traceability, quality monitoring
– Isolate and deal with all non-compliant monitoring and measurement equipment
– Isolate and deal with production runs or deliveries identified as non-conforming through monitoring and measurement
– Update the quality indicators defined by the quality manager
– Carrying out internal audits
– To welcome new staff members to the department
NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES EXERCISED:
– Notify in the event of incidents, malfunctions or difficulties
– Comply with all operating procedures, processes and written/verbal instructions (metrology, QHSE)
– Ensuring that products comply with requirements before shipping
– Ensure that the components used (raw materials) comply with the relevant standards
– To have the authority to halt the product, production, equipment and/or process that is defective, suspect or has an impact on the environment and safety, in order to require corrective and preventive actions aimed at improvement
– To ensure the validation of transferred, modified or new processes and products
– To have the authority to stop any questionable material
– To have the authority to shut down any unsupervised equipment and any equipment that fails to meet measurement standards, and to require corrective action
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
– Mastering IT tools
– Understanding measuring instruments
– Be familiar with quality tools (5P, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.)
– Understanding an ERP system
– English: B1

– To be proactive and possess analytical skills
– Effective interpersonal skills for communication
– Be a team player and show a cooperative attitude
– To be rigorous and organised
