Job Tuesdays

On Tuesday 10 October 2023, two AMPERE representatives ran a stand at the ‘Mardis de l’emploi’ job fair in Lagnieu.
Launched in October 2021 on the initiative of the Plaine de l’Ain Community of Communes, in partnership with Pôle Emploi and local councils, the ‘Mardis de l’emploi’ events offer recruiters and jobseekers the opportunity to meet face-to-face, free of charge and without an appointment. And this applies to all types of contracts! Mathieu Robin, employment and training officer for the Plaine de l’Ain Community of Communes, explains: “Thanks to these two-hour forums, meeting people is made easier and more personal. People just need to walk through the door.”
And it’s working, as AMPERE has already made a success of it by recruiting two people who are still in post today.
