At AMPERE, we believe that having multi-skilled teams is a major asset, and we place great trust in the expertise and professionalism of our staff. To this end, we encourage training!
In 2022, 2,556.50 hours of training were delivered across the AMPERE Group, and 119 employees (out of a total of 252 employees in France) had received training by the end of December.
This represents a significant 47.22 per cent of the workforce! A figure we’re proud of. Our goal for 2023? To train even more people and to train them even better.
We’ll catch up in a year’s time to see how we’ve got on 🙂
